Organic Protein Waffles

4 cups of gluten free organic rolled oats (blended like flour)

6 scoops of protein I use garden of life sport vanilla

6 tablespoons of ground flax seed

2 tablespoons cinnamon

1 teaspoon of nutmeg

1 teaspoon of ground clove

1/4 teaspoon allspice

Dash of salt

Mix dry ingredients

2 cups of coconut milk

2- 2/12 cups of water

9 ounces of ripe banana or 2-3 ripe bananas

2 teaspoons of pure vanilla

1 whole egg

1-2 ounces of egg whites

I put all wet ingredients and blend up smooth and then add to dry ingredients

Mix up well

I pour 1 cup of mix onto my waffle maker and this recipe makes about 8-9 waffles/pancakes

Awesome for a quick breakfast or snack on the go. I store on freezer and microwave when I need!!

I put almond butter and blueberries on mine for breakfast
